When will I receive my photos?

  Our photo delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays.
  24 HRs turnaround is available but has to be requested at the same time with placing your order.

How can I prepare my property?

  Please note, we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment for.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your photo shoot if your property is not ready. The applicable fees will be assessed.

Do you do any staging?

  Light staging (using items found at the property) can be ordered. However please note, due to Covid-19 we do not touch any personal items like tooth brushes, soaps, dish sponges, hair brushes and etc.

I cleaned my property spotless why isn't it photo ready?

  Clean property doesn't necessarily mean photo ready. The most important thing in preparing your property for a photo shoot is decluttering. You need to clear and hide everything you use in your regular life but a couple of decor pieces.

I don't know where to put my kitchen items, boxes and etc.

  Please use all the closets, pantries, garage, laundry rooms as a storage as these areas usually do not get photographed unless requested by the realtor.

Who owns the rights to the pictures?

  Svetlana Leahy Photography, LLC retains the copyright to the images unless special arraignments are made and additional licensing fees are paid.
  Our package prices do NOT include anything more than MLS usage licensing, and related social media. The Agent/Client will have the rights to reprint all images furnished in unlimited media (print, web, video, e-mail) to market the property in any manner for one year or until the property closes, whichever comes first. After that period, images must be relicensed or a new shoot ordered.
  To be very clear, only the original client is licensed to use the images, and that license is non-transferable. If the client is a home owner and later decides to hire an agent, that agent would need to re-license the images for them to use them. Agents may not transfer the license of images to another listing agent without relicense fees.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policies?

  We understand in this fast-paced world, things happen. We would hope that you would give us notice as soon as you were made aware of a problem. But if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours from our appointment time, there will be the cancellation/reschedule fee.

How do I order?

  You can order online or via email.
  If ordering online please make sure to login to your account or create new account if you are the new client.
  If ordering via email please make sure to follow our email ordering format that you received in one of our emails. If you can't find it, please request it.

Am I your Loyal Customer with Loyal Customer pricing?

  You are if you use our services for 80% or more of your listings.

How will I receive my photos?

  You will receive an email with links to your photos.
  You can also login to your account where you'll be able to see the status of all your ordered properties.

How do I make the payment?

  We only accept payments through our online ordering system or by check or cash in person.
  If you are placing an order online you'll make your payment right there using your credit card.
  If you are ordering via email, your order confirmation will have an invoice and payment button in your email confirmation.

I ordered the package. Will all the services be scheduled for the same date/time?

  Most likely it will not. If you'd like your 3D Tour and photos be done on the same day, please choose iGuide as iGuide specifics of the work flow allow the photographer to work right next to the iGuide operator then Matterport requires no-one to be around.
  The drone schedule depends on the weather and will be scheduled weather permitting.
